Function and advantages:

LD-811 Cleaner is a kind of low PH value liquid, which is used to inhibit deposition of metal hydroxide, carbonic acid calcium and other situation. It is suitable to aromatic polymid anti-infiltration membranes, empty fiber membranes and nanofiltration (NF) membranes & upper filtration(UF) membranes. Excellent cleaning effect may reduce operation period. For the best activity, LD-811 and LDR-812 may be used meanwhile. Application:

liquid with clean pole. Then heat the mixed liquid with heater to a ruled Max.
temperature point from manufacturer.Continued cleaning for 30 minutes, the
cleaning flow rate shall be suit to the recommended value from manufacturer. If
pollution serious, the primary cleaning liquid (volume equals 15% of clean jar)
may be emptied to avoid the deposit covering surface of membranes. Against with
multi-stage system to be cleaned, each stage is cleaned separately. If clean
liquid becomes muddy or PH value exceeds range of recommend value from
technical manual, it shall be emptied and renew the cleaning liquid.Before
system renews to operate, it shall be cleaned with anti-inhibition dialysis
water.
