Filling method

  1, Raw medicine is filled in directly without dilution

Q= Qf.D/(p.1000)

Actual example: A plant water-in volume is 200t/h, through calculating the raw water may be added in 3.2ppm, antiscalant will be filled in directly without dilution and its density is 1.15kg/L.

Q= Qf.D/(p.1000)=200×3.2/(1.15×1000)=0.557L/h

Explanation: To option suitable pump based on its actual effect of Q=0.557L/h. Generally the actual effect Qt is covering Qm25%~90% of Max, effect of pump.

  2, Raw medicine is filled after dilution

  If proportion of medicine after dilution noted as 1.

Qt/Z = Qf.D/(p.1000)

Actual example: A plant water-in volume is 50t/h, through calculating the raw water may be added in 3.2ppm, antiscalant will be filled in directly without dilution and its density is 1kg/L.

Q/Z = Qf.D/(p.1000)=50×3.2/(1×1000)=0.16L/h

Explanation: If the dilution times Z is optioned as 5 (commonly as integer less than 10, e.g. 2,4,5,10,,,,,), so actual effect of pump Q=0.8L/h, suitable pump is optioned.

Generally the actual effect Qt is covering Qm25%~90% of Max, effect of pump.

Adjustment on pump calculating

 Double adjustment: actual effect = Max. effect × stroke% × frequency %  (Frequency is commonly optioned as >50%.)

Single adjustment: actual effect = Max. effect ×stroke%

At site, for eliminating the bad effect from dilution medicine, it should raise medicine-add accuracy and reduce configuration times of medicine. Small measuring range pump may be optioned.

Effects Assessment on Reverse Osmosis Medicine

 Simple method of assessing effect of medicine is measuring  times of Ca2+ and rate of chloride root, or named Ca2+ concentrated water/ Ca2+ water-in: CIconcentrated water/CI- water-in= K. K value greater then performance of antiscalant is greater. If k value is 99%, its performance is the best. Ca2+ and CI may be inspected accordance with the state standard No: GB/T15452-95 and GB/T 15453-95. Electric conductivity of concentrated water may confirmed as reference data. Operating in same situation but using different medicine, the electric conductivity of concentrated water is greater and its performance is greater.
